Reservation Must Be Guaranteed. Following rules apply no matter where you booked your room, i.e. booking engine, walk in, web travel agency, other resellers. Dispute resolutions will be based on the following rules only.
Deposit Policy:
Barrio Latino is a small hotel, please book only the nights you will be sure to stay . 100% of the amount due for your stay, will be asked and charged at your credit card if you don't show up. A first night charge may occurr before your arrival so please be sure you filled the security code info when booking, otherwise room might be not assigned.
Cancellation Policy:
A 1 night value amount will be charged when cancellation
has been sent and received 15 days before arrival. 50%
due amount will be hold when cancellation has been sent and
received between 14 and 5 days before arrival.

of due amount will be hold when cancellation has been sent and
received between 4 days before arrival and the same day,
or for all the holiday season bookings, no matter how
early the request will be sent.
Credit Cards Accepted:
all major cards accepted.
Restrictions:
No pets; no children under 12 years old in the rooms.
No guns, no drugs, no alcoholic drinks.
No TV or music players working with speakers.
All rooms are no smoking rooms. Garden areas and terraces are smoking areas.
Maximum number of occupants per room:
Two adults and no minors under 12 years of age. There is
an extra charge for each additional occupant. No pet allowed.
Please note:
All rooms are for 1 or two guests, need to ask a 3rd bed
for an extra pax in BUDGET or SUPERIOR TWIN room. Need to ask KING SIZE
bed in a Superior room if you are not interested in two
TWIN Beds.
Late Check out:
Must be requested at reception on the day of check out.
A charge may be asked for extra hours.
No Show:
In case of a No Show, the deposit will be kept or the
night will be charged to the credit card provided
at the time the room was guaranteed. If your booking
included more than one night, please check cancellation
policy.
